Great location, deluxe hotel. Got deluxe room as expected, appreciated it. We were met by helpfull, affable personnel. There is Cafe Corner serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the venue...

The property was very affordable. The staff was extremely polite and attentive to all our needs. The room had climate control, a flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. The food was fantastic. The overall service was exceptional.

This hotel offers a good location, close to historic landmarks and in a central area. the staff is friendly and responsive, providing good value for the money. Rooms are spacious and quite new, with a big enough bathroom. Facilities for eating and chilling are well-designed and comfortable. the hotel also offers motorbikes for rent, which is a plus for some travelers.
Some issues with cleanliness have been reported, such as dirty linens, moldy pillows, and rooms not being properly cleaned before guest arrival.

The hotel had a great location as it was near some amazing historic sites and interesting places to visit. the hotel provided very comfortable beds which allowed me to get a good night's sleep. There was also free breakfast which was a fantastic perk and saved me some extra money for other activities throughout my trip.
My stay at the hotel was overall disappointing, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a strange odor. I had to wait a long time for the staff to respond to my requests and they seemed uninterested in assisting me.

Despite a mix-up with the room description, our stay at Ubex Home was pleasant. The staff promptly resolved the issue and provided a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient and the nearby attractions were enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

I highly appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, especially the manager. The cook's Shahi Panir and Sweet Lassi were the best in Rishikesh. The cleanliness and neatness of the property were outstanding. The location was great and the owner was always available for assistance.
